A healthy morning routine starts with getting adequate sleep the night before #beautysleep. How you start your day is a good gauge as to how the rest of your day will go.  

For example, wake with no cell phone time, drink water, find your ‘inspiration/ motivation’ for the day #manifestyourbest, drink pre-workout shake, dress and go to workout. Return home, shower, dress, spend time with kids/family, off to work.

Find your own healthy routine and stick with it. It’s OK to change it up! My morning routine stays pretty consistent year round, but I’m always checking in with myself about how I can improve or switch it up if I’m feeling #meh.
